EVANSTON PUBLIC LIBRARY CATALOG
YOU WILL NEED AN EPL LIBRARY CARD: You can register for eCards here.
These temporary cards will allow you to use the library's electronic resources for 30 days. In order to check physical books out from the library you will need to obtain a regular library card. To do so, bring a photo ID and proof of residency to the circulation desk at the Evanston library. That card will allow you to check items out from the library or to use their electronic resources from home. It will also allow you to participate in the Books on Wheels program (see below).
ELECTRONIC RESOURCES AT EPL: The Library offers thousands of books and audiobooks that may be downloaded to smart phones, tablets, and PCs. It also offers a film collection that may be streamed onto any computer, television, or mobile device. If you would like help getting started, contact Linda Piele, x2220 or linda@calvincircle.org
BOOKS ON WHEELS: Independent Living residents of Westminster Place, are eligible to use EPL’s Books on Wheels (BOW) service. This service allows users to request items from the EPL, and have them delivered to the Concierge Desk at One Calvin Circle. When finished, the item is returned to the Concierge Desk.
